TRAINING MODULES

The course has three (3) levels of training made up of Foundation Level, Intermediate Level and Advanced Level.

Foundational Level Module

This module would introduce students to the concept of systemic transformation and the importance of mindset in achieving it. It would cover topics such as:

  • What is systemic transformation?

  • Why is mindset important for systemic transformation?

  • The different types of mindsets that are needed for systemic transformation

This module would explore the mindsets that are needed to be a positive force for change in the world. It would cover topics such as:

  • Global citizenship

  • Social responsibility

  • Sustainability

This module would focus on the attitudes and behaviors that are necessary for systemic transformation. It would cover topics such as:

  • Growth mindset

  • Collaboration

  • Resilience

This module would examine the role of workplace culture and ethics in systemic transformation. It would cover topics such as:

  • Ethical leadership

  • Diversity and inclusion

  • Corporate social responsibility

This module would explore the psychological qualities that are needed for systemic transformation. It would cover topics such as:

  • Self-efficacy

  • Hope

  • Optimism

This module would examine the role of office politics and social capital in systemic transformation. It would cover topics such as:

Intermediate Level Module

This module would focus on the mindsets that are necessary for effective leadership and teamwork in the context of systemic transformation.

This module would focus on the mindsets necessary for effective performance management in a system transformation. It would cover topics such as:

This module would explore the mindsets that are needed to be a successful entrepreneur or business leader in a changing world. It would cover topics such as:

  • Innovation
  • Opportunity identification
  • Risk-taking
  • Resourcefulness
  • Customer focus

This module would focus on the importance of personal well-being in achieving systemic transformation. It would cover topics such as:

  • The connection between stress, wellness, and wellbeing and systemic transformation
  • Strategies for managing stress
  • Techniques for improving wellbeing
  • The importance of self-care

Advance Level Module

This module would focus on developing a personalized plan for achieving systemic transformation. Individuals would learn how to identify their own mindsets, set goals for change, and develop strategies for achieving those goals.

 

This module would explore the concept of systemic transformation from an African perspective. Individuals would learn about traditional African mindsets that can be applied to modern challenges, as well as the unique challenges and opportunities facing Africa in the 21st century.

 
 

This module would focus on how to create systemic transformation within institutions. Individuals would learn about the different mindsets that need to be present at all levels of an institution in order to achieve change. They would also explore strategies for overcoming resistance to change and building buy-in from stakeholders.

This module would focus on the specific mindsets that are needed to be an effective change leader. Individuals would learn about the different roles that change leaders play, the challenges they face, and the strategies they can use to be successful.

 
 

This module would explore how to measure the impact of mindset training on systemic transformation. Individuals would learn about different evaluation methods and how to use data to track progress and make adjustments to their interventions.

This module would focus on the importance of developing a global mindset in order to achieve systemic transformation. Individuals would learn about the interconnectedness of the world’s problems and the need for collaborative solutions. They would also explore the challenges and opportunities of working in a globalized world.

This module would focus on the mindsets that are necessary for faculty members to be successful in a competitive academic environment.

 

Custom Module

Customized modules can be arranged for institutions to meet their specific needs

Training Options

  • This is specific tailor-made training sessions offered to staffers of both private and public sector institutions at their request to suit specific institutional needs. Clients have the flexibility to choose training durations and venues.
  • This is typically a 1 day to 2-days non-residential session, where training is delivered to small to large groups of participants at designated venue on monthly basis throughout the year. Group size could range from 20 to 200 participants.
  • This is a high powered and motivated 3-day residential executive training session aimed at equipping corporate CEOs, Board Members, Top Management Teams, Businessmen and Entrepreneurs with Mindset Transformation and Attitudinal Change Competences.
  • This is specially designed for those who want to acquire the knowledge on mindset transformation and attitudinal change and use it to train others in their works place
